I was in playback mode in Smart Pss and took a snapshot and system stated it saved the snapshot but I can’t find the picture. Where would it be located?
For this matter you would have to check your save path. You can find this in the settings on SmartPSS. Click the “general” icon, then the “file” tab on the left. This will bring up the proper menu. You will see under “snapshot path” where the snapshots are being saved to. You can browse this folder or change this to anything you would like.
If you are looking for snapshot on the DVR, first make sure you have everything correctly set in your settings. You have to both schedule and enable the snapshot feature. When a snapshot is taken, it will appear as a thin yellow line on your playback graph. You will more than likely have to zoom in to see the actual snapshot.
