Hello if you have downloaded the plugin correctly, then normally there is only one other possible issue. There is a plugin called “ActiveX” that must be added in order for your web plugin to run properly. Without it being added and saved properly it will not open the web plugin. I have included a video from our video channel about adding the ActiveX plugin. Follow the instructions laid out here and you should be able to use the web plugin after this.
