I own a DVR Ultimate. I monitor it at home of course, and, at my job where I am running Smart PSS2. It appears to have the ability to record but I cannot seem to get that to work. Can you advise the proper instructions to set that up so that it records off premises as a backup?

Smartpss is for viewing only of DVRs. It allows recording of our IP camera to a computer.
If you like to backup a DVR to another location, you can use one of our NVRs as a backup cloud server. The have specific functionality to sync with the DVRs and commit a live back up of each camera. You can find NVRs on the following page:
