Is it possible to use an external hard drive on my TRIDVR16? For example using a Western Digital, MyBook, 4 terabyte portable harddrive.
You can only use an internal hard drive to record video on a standalone DVR. The USB port is for video backup only for providing video evidence to law enforcement.
